Not OEM, but I’ve been searching so long that I had all but given up. I recently stumbled upon a 3-D printing company and they were listed for sale there. Kind of expensive after adding shipping, but after striking out for so long it was finally better than not having any. The company is Shapeways. It cost me about $70.00 delivered for two. They arrived today and fit snugly onto my P229 15 round magazines. The grip pattern does not match that of my one OEM sleeve but it’s perfectly acceptable to me.

I found another EBay guy selling similar sleeves but there were a couple of bad reviews about the fit of the ones he is selling.

So if anyone else out there is tired of looking...
