So living in CA, I consistently deal with some of the most frustrating laws when it comes to firearms. We have this ungodly Roster of what guns can be sold...so getting something new or enhanced by someone like Langdon is a HUGE win. A new CA Compliant LTT HK P2000...

I love me some P2000. I just bought a P30 but the P2000 just works as well. In fact I actually prefer the slide stop on the earlier gun. On the P30 they lengthened it for some reason and I have to be cognizant if my grip to avoid riding it. Still love the P30 but this is one point to the 2000.

If I lived in Cali I would be all over this. Especially in 40 cal because you aren’t giving much up.

The whole buy the gun , get the gun, ship the gun process seems convoluted but I’m sure it’s the best way to do it I guess.

I’m curious how much a trigger job can do to a LEM trigger? On their V3 I’m sure it is great. HK didn’t really set the bar high from the factory. Lol

What do they do to make the gun CA compliant, make the trigger pull heavier?

I feel for you being an ex-Californian myself. Had a P226 with the standard capacity mags until they passed the law banning the grandfathered mags at which point I passed it on to my nephew who's an LEO.

Got about three or four guns off roster via the single shot exemption. Then I think they shut that door.

It galled me every time I went to the gun shop and saw guns for sale but labeled "LEO only."

We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. I thought it wasn’t that they do anything to make it legal it’s just that it is on the roster. P30’s aren’t I suspect. Cali sucks.

P2000 and SK were on roster. Isn’t it still in roster? If yes, this just sounds like an aftermarket mod for a rostered pistol. No big deal in terms of roster?

I’d like the idiot roster to go away so I can get some vp9’s.

They aren't doing anything to "make it" CA compliant, it is already CA compliant...it is marketing.

What they are doing to selling you a CA compliant pistol, sending it to your FFL, and including a label for you to ship it back for them to work on it. The option of having a pistol customized has always been available on any CA Roster Compliant pistol.

What they are selling is the convenience of not having to separately purchase pistol and then getting a label to mail it to them. What they are charging you is for the base pistol, postage to your FFL, postage back to them, prepaying for their work on your pistol, and postage back to you

No, Daoism isn't a religion
