I really like my Glock 43X but the plastic sights are not very good quality. Which replacement ones do you prefer, AmeriGlo or Truglo? Or maybe there are others that would be recommended.
I have Ameriglo orange / Tritium front with Ameriglo black — the Protector sights. Best night sights I have ever had by a long shot. I have Truglo on other guns. Good, but not nearly as good for me. YMMV.
Because I'm "that guy"-- who will offer a "C" choice for an "A or B?" question-- I looked at both of those and went with Meprolight for my 43X.
I can confirm that TruGlo's customer service is good, but I only know this because I had to return the Tritium-X sights that were riding my G43 after one of the rear tritium lamps went from full light to virtually dark in ten months. Sample size of precisely one, but if I didn't already have the tools, this would've been a PITA.
I prefer the set up with the front night sight encircled with the green outline and rear blacked out for quick acquisition. I have owned both types/brands and never had a problem with either.

This is just my on personal preference, but I like Glock OEM night sights for Glock pistols.
It has been a while since I've done this. (Like five to ten years.) But you can send your slide to Glock and they will install/replace their night sights, or Glock metal sights, on your slide. I don't know current prices. But when I did it the price was very reasonable.

My G42 has Ameriglo Hacks. My G26.3, 19.3 and 23.4 all have Ameriglo Spartans (orange front). My G26.5 and G45 have Ameriglo Bold/Agent, or what ever they call them, sights. I’ve always had good luck with their sights.
I have a G34.5 MOS that I use as a range gun only. It has a cheap Burris Fastfire RDS and the original plastic sights. If I change in the future and go to just iron sights, they will be Ameriglo Bold/Agent.
I used to buy directly from Ameriglo. Discount code “GSSF” used to get 10% off. The last few sets though I’ve got directly from GLOCK.

Thanks for all your feedback! I'm checking out these you listed, including the XS brand "DXT2 Standard Dot Night Sights". Those look interesting with the V rear sight, however I've never handled a pistol with those so don't know what to expect there. Anyone like this setup?
