sig_the_dudeSig p211 gto barrel to slide fitment Issue
Anybody think this is normal? The barrel fit is sloppy to say the least

OTDYou realize that you shot the video without using the return spring, or you shouldn't show the indicators that point to that.

pedropcolaSimple question. He is saying you don’t have the recoil spring assembly installed. Do you? Can you post the same video and rack the slide to show? You only have 1 post so forgive the questions of veracity concerning your video.
Of course the next question is “how does it shoot”? lol

sig_the_dudeNo problem, of course the recoil spring is installed!!!!
I’ll get another video,
Also, sig told me this was normal and they didn’t want to fix it. Only after I posted the video is when they sent me a label

sig_the_dudeI’ sending the gun today
I will post Sig response and hopefully the fix here
But it has been an uphill battle to get them to send me a label to fix this

LincolnSixEchoGood luck I’m sure in the end they will take care of you and fix it. I have learned over the years to try to avoid buying first year production guns so I give it a few seasons until the bugs are worked out.

Lefty SigA 1911 derivative should not have that kind of play. Barrel lockup should be solid. My P210T has very solid lockup.
Does the P211 actually have a 1911-style swinging link or is it like other Sigs?
