Cool copy of the Baby Browning made in the US after the GCA of 1968 stopped import of the Browning.

Had it for a while, but figured it needed a new portrait to go along with the two recent pipsqueak additions!

Cool little pistols.

I've got a Spanish copy - a Fabrique D'Armes De'Guerre Grande Precision 'Libia' model I inherited from my uncle.

I haven’t seen one in 25 years. A UC I worked with carried one when he made drug buys.

I inherited a Baby Browning with a similar "work history," originally carried by somebody who knew enough about actually shooting people to have an informed opinion.

For all of the valid criticism of .25ACP as a defensive round, I think it's still safely over the "it's better than not having a gun with you" line.

These were very popular LE backup guns in the late 80s/early 90s. I think we were selling them around $69 each or something like that. Wish I'd bought a few back then.

I didn’t know of this pistol.
Based on your photo it appears:
To be nicely made.
To be hammerless. DAO?
To have a straight back trigger pull.

Serious about crackers.

Nicely made: Check.
Hammerless: Check. Striker fired single action.
Straight Back Trigger: Check. Just like a 1911.

A straight up copy of the Browning Baby, just made in the US and all stainless steel.

pretty much an exact copy, in SS,

my father gave my mother one long long time ago,
after he passed (they were divorced for along wile, but amicable) she showed up at the house one day and gave it to me, said she did not need it anymore,

I still have it as well as an nickel and alloy Baby Baby Browning

the Bauer shoots very very well, but my preferred pocket gun is my Seecamp LWS32

It’s one I would love to carry as a “No Gun” gun, but… Just don’t think I’m comfortable with the design. I do need to get me a Seecamp 32!
