Sig P322 failure to feed last round nose up why always when it happens is it just the last round which was the first round loaded in the mag...doesn't matter which of the 2 mags that came with the gun

Have you tried using different types of ammunition?

My semi-novice guess would be the magazines even though it is odd both would do it.

I'm visiting NH next week and will go to the Sig factory and purchase a couple more mags..have tried couple different rounds mostly CCI blazers and CCI sv both have had the same failures last round nose up jam. Other than that I love the gun itself.

Mine does that at times. I numbered the magazines to see if problem was with the mags. Nope. Happens with either.

Mine does this too... not too pleased with the platform so far. Lots of misfires and misfeeds. Yes, it's clean and lubed. Yes I've tried multiple mags.

Try a higher velocity round. Mini mags, velocitor, stingers etc.

Generally speaking I’ve found if it won’t run on mini mags it’s probably a hardware issue.

I am speaking in general .22 terms not specific to that SIG.

I can't speak to the P322 specifically, as I don't have one, but I have heard some negative reviews about the mags. The fact that the problem only appears with the last round in your mag kind of makes me suspect follower travel or mag spring tension as the source of your problem.

I'd load a mag up and strip a few rounds off by hand and watch and feel what they do, then do the same thing with only one round in the mag. Is the tension relatively the same on that single round compared to when multiple rounds are loaded in the mag? Is the round contacting anything on the front of the mag body as it leaves the magazine? Is there anything about the way the last round moves over the top of the follower that feels different compared to sliding across the top of another round? Does it present differently than the others when you do this by hand? Does the follower move freely the full length of the mag body or does it bind at any point, particularly near the top?

If you can identify any inconsistencies there, it may lead you to the root of your problem.

Don't ask me why but shot today CCI balzers same thing almost every time last round fail to feed...range officer gave me different ammo to try armscor 40 grain standard velocity solid point all 50 rounds flawless..also Remington gold 36 grain hollow point ran fine. Again don't ask me why I have no freaking idea!!
