Can someone tell me if there’s any difference between the civilian P229 Legion and the black LE Legion besides the color and lack of Legion emblems ? Same trigger component’s ?
I’m looking at the DA/SA model that comes with the factory mounted optic.

According to SIG's own LE catalog, the LE version has chrome lined barrel.

So, I have a question in regards to this... why line a barrel with chrome?

AKs, ARs have chrome lined barrels for FA use, helps with throat erosion with all the heat. No idea why a handgun would need it…

that's what I was thinking and I think I posted somewhere else... it was due to corrosive primers in those commie guns but can't quite figure out the need with modern weapons shooting decent ammo...
