I'll take a WAG that the OP is simply not seeing them put out for sale, not when the P365 outsells it by orders of magnitude.

My LGS, with a large online presence, has Texas edition and Legion P938s in stock.

You're probably right but to answer the OP question, it appears the p938 is still being made by sig for now.

I have the P365, but my 938 just came in today. Since i carried a Colt Commander Ltwt for years, I believe I will love this 938... However, the trigger pull is crap...at least two significant "catches" before you hit the wall. I suspect I should get a "drop-in" trigger but need suggestions. I want a CLEAN pull. thanksThis message has been edited. Last edited by: sonnydaze,

I have 2 P365’s and love them both, but I find carry the P938’s illegitimate brother, a Kimber Micro 9 more often in the summer. Great shooter.

Sig Cut back on the 1,000,000 SKUS of different colors and variations of the p238 and p938, but they still make the plain black p938 and the p938 legion as of a month or so ago. Haven't gotten one since then, but to my knowledge they are still around.
I wanted to like the P938 and had the legion version. I just didn't like how it shot, handled and when compared to the 365 with more rounds on board, a good trigger and less "perceived" recoil, I ditched the 938.

Funny, I was just the opposite. I had a p938 for several years always enjoyed it. It shot like a bigger gun and was very accurate. I got caught up in the p365 hype and sold the 938 to buy a p365. The p365 felt snappier to me and didn't pocket carry as well. I had to go buy another p938. I will say that I'm a big fan of the 365xl comp and carry that on a regular basis IWB. But the standard 365 was kinda blah for me.

I have been carrying a P938 everyday since 2012. My pistol had some reliability teething pains, but I worked thru them (see my posts if interested). I wouldn't be without it. In fact, I best go buy another to put in reserve duty.

Since 2015 my P938 has been predominately my EDC. Very occasionally (usually due to clothing choices) I will either carry my CZ 2075 RAMI BD or my wife's P238, the latter usually under protest .
