Another recommendation for a Kadet. This one is a full Kadet, not a conversion kit. I image the kits are good too though. It's probably the best .22LR version of a centerfire pistol that I've handled.

To the OP's question. You don't need to do anything. The gun will most likely run very well and prove to be accurate with a variety of ammunition choices. However, if you are like me, you've already visited Cajun Gunworks or CZ Custom and seen their offerings. I have several CZ pistols. All were excellent right from the box. None are in stock configuration. It's a sickness....
