I am very happy with what I have in P220s; vintage full frame, Carry, Compact SAS, and P245. I love My 9mm P226 Legion, and if I were to add to the Legion stable, it would be the P229. I am happy for those that are currently "salivating" over the P220 Legion acquisition. Down the road, I might oblige ( since I am such a sig-gun-nut), but not now. not for me.... yet.

I wish I could.....meetings all day and a booked weekend. I have the P226 Legion and love it. .45 has been my go-to round since the 70's though, so I've been waiting for this.

I'm with you. I love shooting the .45ACP. I have been waiting for this gun for a long time as well. I have the P226 DA/SA Legion and the P229 Legion both in 9mm. I love shooting both of them. The P220 Legion would be the icing on the cake for me. I called every LGS within a 50 mile radius of my house and no one has seen one yet. I will continue to wait! Hope you land one soon. Good Luck! _________________________ Einstein defines insanity as "Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results"

Stopped by my favorite LGS today to see if they had any word on these guns. He checked a couple his distributors websites for a SKU number and nothing yet. He said the SKU number usually appears about 2 weeks before they will see one. However he did say they do get guns straight from Sig and others sometimes. So he said it was possible they could get one any day. I am #1 on the list if one comes in the door. Hopefully soon! _________________________ Einstein defines insanity as "Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results"

I wonder if they will do a P227 Legion. Hope so. That is the .45 I would want. ======================== NRA Basic Pistol Instructor NRA Home Firearm Safety Instructor NRA Range Officer NRA Life Member Arkansas Concealed Carry Instructor #13-943
