My oldest daughter (just turned 40...I’m suddenly reminded how old I am Wink) is has been an on and off shooter since her teens. She had issues with hand strength when using my Glocks and Browning/Ruger .22 autos from an empty chamber. I have shot the S&W .380 EZ and it easy to use...BUT I don’t load .380 ACP (I have a good stock of .380 HP ammo, but not enough to train with/replace and locally it’s unobtainable) so I recommended that she look at the S&w 9MM M&P EZ...long story short...one of the members of my local gun club (Silvers Firearms in Old Fort TN) had one so I recommended she take a look at it, which she did with her boyfriend (a SIG owner
Razz) and she loved the EZ way it racked and loaded the magazines (much like a .22 with the button to help with inserting cartridges...sometimes we don’t think about these things for others just starting out on their own when we are not there with them to helping with difficulties ...thank you S&W Smile)...we are going Monday or Tuesday after she gets off work to check it out as well as my 9MM Stoeger and my Ruger .22/45 (both “inform me when back in stock from Bud’s on line ...Bud’ 100 %)”...hopefully this “buy when it’s back in stock” bullshit will spin down soon...take care y’all.

I'm hanging in there. Having issues with my arthritis in my hands. Not shooting much. Plus the issue of not having enough primers...

May start back in the fall.

I totally can sympathize...I took a hard fall three weeks ago while I wrangled my rescue blue healer back into the house...going down face first onto my driveway while carrying her (ended up looking sorta like my raccoon aviator with black eyes and a bloody and skinned skinned snout (my neighbors who are both nurses came to my rescue and stopped the bleeding (Plavex)...but I’m OK now (whatever that means Roll Eyes)...the last 2-4 years have been challenging to us both Frown...keep on keeping on my friend...prayers up for your hands pard Smile

That’s awesome. My stepsister also bought the .380 EZ for the same reasons and loves it. My dad is getting up there in years and has some arthritis issues and liked hers so much he got the 9mm. They are nice little guns!
