| Dispute the charge and move on. You gave them a chance to respond, they opted to ignore you. The version I've heard from people who've dealt with them is they were a good deal at first, and I forget what changed, but basically they're to be avoided now.

| I'll be requesting a refund from my credit card bank, tomorrow. This outfit has not acknowledged my recent request to cancel the order. As I understand, Big Daddy tries to sell "memberships," like a wholesale club, to guarantee the best bargains. At least, I didn't bite on that scam as others evidently have. Readers beware. They are still actively advertising online. |

I would put them in the same category as Optics Planet, Cheaper Than Dirt!, and Botach.
I agree, I’m surprised they are still around too.

| They're shipping is absurdly slow from certain locations. I've ordered and gotten some stuff super quick, and others I've cancelled after waiting for a month. |

Probably worse than those. They came out swinging with a huge social media push years back, but at best they're just another drop shipper. At worst they're a borderline scam. |
