Sig Sauer 220 R3 Legion .45acp?

I came across this on a popular firearm auction site. It appears to be a 220r Carry Legion.
I have never heard anything about it before.
Has anyone seen or heard anything about this model before?

The P220R Carry Legion was a very limited production model. Not sure how many, but quite hard to locate.
