Dusty78Unlikely such a thing still exists. Most were Likley discontinued a while ago. You can probably use one of those crappy universal ones that mount on the trigger guard.
This would have been a choice but are discontinued
https://www.midwayusa.com/prod...laser-sight-sig-p245This might be your only choice.

soggy_spinoutThat Laserlyte unit is now discontinued so any unit purchased now will be NOS with little to no manufacturer support. My remembrances of that product was that it wasn't particularly durable or reliable, which is an all too common theme with Laserlyte products in general.

BuddyChrystYou're gonna be SOL. The P245 is just too old and been discontinued for too long.
Frankly, there aren't a whole lot of small .45 options out there that will have rails to hang a laser on. HK 45c and M&P45c are about it. The HK will be most like the P245, just because it's DA/SA. But they're both polymer framed and double stack, if I'm not mistaken.
If eyesight is the reason for wanting a laser, maybe just a sight change will get you some results. There's tons of high visibility sights these days, assuming the P245 has the right dovetail and you can figure out the correct sight heights.
Good luck!

Well he can just get a 220 Compact with Rail. It’s basically the same gun. There are plenty of choices for polymer compact 45’s with rails.
