Lone Wolf Glock 21 Slide or HK45?
I have a Glock 20 that I really like and shoot very well
It was worked over by Boresight Solutions and I've done some minor mods on the trigger and stuff.

I'd like to have a 45 w/ suppressor and red dot for a bedside handgun.

I've been debating whether to build up a Lone Wolf Glock 21 Slide, buy a Glock 21 SF TB or get something like a HK45.

What are your thoughts?

I went the 40MOS route.

Consider shopping for a 41MOS upper for night time service.

You keep the trigger feel that you are familiar with and handling it would still be second nature.

Would a 41 MOS slide fit on a G21 frame?

I don't have any reason to think otherwise. Just that the Gen 2 & 3 frames don't work with the Gen 4 slides, etc...

With mine I had started with Gen4 21s, They later became 10mm by way of the 40MOS uppers and some magazines. I went this route because the 40MOS has a six inch barrel and the 41MOS is 5 1/2. Later I converted one of them to .38 Super. Kriss Vector magazines came later as they aren't designed for 10mm or 38s and took time as modifications were needed. I was able to keep the cost way down by selling the parts that I didn't use or no longer wanted. The .38 with a Burris and night sights cost me ~$350 before the KV mags and Salient trigger.

The 41MOS would allow you to have cowitness sights with an RMR at a height enough to see with the can in place.

I use my G20 as my bedside pistol with tlr-1 on it and just loaded it with some 10mm Hornady jhp. It’s slightly hotter than .40 which is just perfect for HD. Plus it’s pretty soft shooting, and if need be the spare mag next to it has the good stuff
