Does that pistol come with a large brim purple crushed velvet hat with two large feathers in the band?

It should.

LoL, not sure why I thought of Ruger. Hell, I once owned a "normal finish" PX4 Compact.

I swear all these blinged out pistols are for the gangbanger millennials who still live in their momma's basement and want a firearm that resembles what they used in their latest Grand Theft Auto game.

At first I thought it was a joke until I clicked on the link and saw that Beretta actually developed this pistol. Is it for a new James Bond films entitled "The Man with the Golden Like Gun?" One time when I was looking for one of the Beretta 80 series pistols someone had one to sell me but they said it was a collectors edition with goldleaf they want close to $2000 for it. I had to politely pass.

I see that Beretta left the ugly batwing safety to on the pistol. The company must be very proud of that atrocious safety for some strange reason.

For the record, I'm still intrigued by the PX4 and it's rotating barrel design...from what I understand it's a good gun...but this thing is just wrong.

Get one (not the gold one). The recoil impulse is really different from anything else and the trigger can be very good. All I did to mine was polish a couple of places and install an LTT trigger bar. I shoot almost nothing but traditional double action guns and the PX4 is nice. The grip is long without being too long and it points very well. I bought a second slide and had it cut for a red dot and it's pleasure to shoot, easy and flat.

Since this is the most refined PX4 ever! That tells us:

(a) you fired your entire R&D team after coming up with this crap.
(b) the PX4 you bring out next year will be shittier than this.
(c) plating the slide but not the extractor is what you'd consider 'refined'.
(d) I need to buy something else.

Did Beretta ever really sell all that many PX4s anyway? I could swear that at one point it was supposed to replace the 92/96 series.

If you want gun w/ some TiN gold accents, then get something like this:

If you want an obnoxiously gold gun, then get something like this:

The PX4 Storm Deluxe fails at both. It's too much gold to be subtly attractive, and not gold enough to slap people in the face w/ pimptastic bling.

If you want to look like an OG, then you got to OverGold.

I'm jonesing for a PX4 in .45 ACP to complement my player ensemble.

Which aftermarket coating firearms coating business can goldenize the necessary parts?

Iron Chef, that EAA is the bomb. And local dudes.

Amen to that. I’d much rather a Type M!
