This P210 Target is so nice. I've never handled a Swiss or German model but the American version leaves me wanting for nothing. Beautiful construction and a great shooter. I'm giving serious consideration to picking up a P210 Carry.

I think they knocked it out of the park. My 210 standard has as good of fit and finish as anything I’ve ever held. It’s a work of art IMHO. And very fairly priced when it came out.

I snagged a Carry to go with the Target. I know opinions vary on these but I like single-stack, metal-framed 9mm pistols so I felt like I had to get one after enjoying the Target so much. I can't wait to shoot it.

I was well pleased with mine. I did remove the factory target grips and replaced with Hogue. I felt like I shot it better with the Hogues.

Very nice.
The Carry with with an extra set of orange G10 Hogue grips but they don't fit it. They do fit my target but I need hardware for it. The factory screw doesn't work. I do think I'll like them on there if I can get them to work.

The P210 Carry is the one P210 I bought and didn’t like. Some guns are just meant to be steel and full size.

That said, I know many people who like it.

That was my biggest grip with the P210 Target when it came out. What's the point of a single stack 9mm when your grips make it fatter than a P226? I haven't checked in a while, but are these still available or just the Carry models?

I like the feel and balance of the Carry. I’ve got high hopes for it at the range but sometimes it doesn’t work out. Hopefully find out this weekend.

Thanks. I’ve tried but it doesn’t accept the URL and I just didn’t attempt any further. This is the image I usually use, my Sheltie who passed away last year.

Edit: another issue. Anything I upload to Photobucket from my phone won’t display here.
Edit 2: fixed it

If I understand correctly, only the Target & Custom Shop Carry are still available. The Standard & regular Carry versions are no longer being made.

There are members here that will happily host your avatar. One is RogueJSK I think. Just post a request in The Lounge.

Love the grain in your Target grips.

Love my Target, always wanted a P210 since joining this forum. When the Targets were released I grabbed one. Feels like ballbearing ease the slide to frame.

Congratulations photoman

That's how my Target feels too. It's a very satisfying pistol to handle. The Carry isn't quite that smooth but still oh so nice.

I'm so glad I didn't let negative opinions sway me and picked up the Carry version.

50 Rounds @ 10 Yards, Isosceles Stance
It shot better than it appears. Shots were going high with the front sight over the center of the target. I adjusted to a 6 o'clock hold about halfway through to hit the target center.

A few others at the range that day: Dan Wesson Valor Commander, SIG P239 SAS DAK, S&W 686+ (Performance Center Combat Revolver Package).

50 Rounds @ 10 Yards, Isosceles Stance

50 Rounds @ 7 Yards, Isosceles Stance

21 Rounds .38SPL @ 7 Yards, Isosceles Stance, Double Action

I have a P210A and a P210 Carry and I'm also fond of both. If I had to choose between the two I'd probably keep the P210A.

I owned a P210 DK/M49 many years ago and frankly I prefer these guns. The location of the safety being the primary factor. The triggers are these are just as good as the older P210.

I’d like to own a European P210 of some kind. Maybe one day.

I have a 2019 Friends of the NRA P210.
It is frikkin' awesome and a total joy to shoot.
I usually shoot it every other weekend, probably up to 1K rounds.
