I’ve had this gun for a few weeks now but lack of time has prevented me from shooting it. Well I mounted up a new Holosun 407 and C&H Precision mounting plate and took a few hours for myself this morning to sight the gun in.

10mm ammo is unattainable in my area unless you want to pay $65 for a box of 50 or $32 for a box of 20 self defense ammo. With this in mind, I loaded some ammo last night to shoot today. I tried a new load using 9.5gr of HS6 with a 180gr Zero JHP. The load ran extremely well and was pretty accurate to boot. My other load was 13gr of Accurate #9 with the same 180gr JHP. This has been my pet load for a few years now. Both shot to the same POA but I preferred the HS6 to the Accurate #9 as it recoiled less and was cleaner.

I know there was no factory ammo involved in this testing, but if my loads ran well, I’m sure the downloaded factory stuff will run well.

The gun is accurate, soft shooting, and has a pretty good trigger. It was 100% reliable with hand loads and will be my new woods gun.

Could you elaborate on your review of the trigger? I hear a lot of ppl complain it's gritty.

Though about grabbing one, was quite intrigued, and still might, but gonna give SIG a chance to release a 320-10 for a bit longer. If it never comes to be I’ll grab one for sure.

Has anyone figured out the source of the grit in the trigger?

I think it’s the firing pin block and how it Interfaces.

Some people have said grit in the firing pin block channel. I think an apex replacement plunger makes it go away.

I can put up with heavy, take-up, long reset, ... put a gritty trigger drives me nuts.
