12131Another re-unification - Pair of consecutive Ilaflon P226s
These are all stainless guns coated in black Ilaflon. Being that I'm a P228 fanatic, when these were available originally from Jaymie Smolens of Afton Arms back in 2011, I never paid attention. But, as I became more interested in the P226 later on, I jumped at the chance to grab one, when a member listed it in the Classifieds 3 years ago. Fast forward to last month, when another member listed his for sale. I was able to work out a deal to separate most of the package from the gun and finally brought it home. Gun came with several aftermarket parts installed (E2 grip, Heinie sights, GGI SS guide rod, GGI checkered extended mag release, SRT), but I have returned it to original configuration.

.38supersigCool!
I'm glad it was able to find a good home. Consecutive serials add a nice touch.
I was chasing down a few
caliber variants when this presented itself.

I would be surprised if you don't already have the P226 in 7.65. But, if you don't, I'm sure you know where to look right now.

I haven't found the one you are referring to, but yes, I do have a P226 with its factory original 7.65mm barrel.
The 9x21 P226 makes me 8 for 8.

.38supersigOkay,
I didn't mean to try to hijack your thread.
You have a fantastic set of P226s that would be the pride of any collection.
The fact that you have two out of nine is nothing short of spectacular!

NavyEngineerBeautiful pistols! It's good to see two consecutive rate pistols reunited!

David LeeThey are real Sigs. There is nothing quite like a P226 and there's surely nothing like a all stainless P226. There is something missing on both of them but I cant figure what it is...

. Take a good look Sig USA. Excellent pair 12131. Is there a Exeter in Germany?

P-220I swear, you have remarkable taste.

elberettasBeautiful... Just beautiful!!! The P226 is my "Excalibur". So you prefer the aluminum grips to the G10 and the slotted grips screws to the hex head huh?

and you were able to snag 2 of them sequentially numbered, a decade after they were imported and 3 years apart from each other?
Wow - you need to play the lottery! lol

monoblokNeat pair. I wonder if SIG knows if one of the nine had a s/n ending with '226'. I noticed your two are only two and three digits off.

KeystonerSince you like the P228 so much, you may find irony in the serial number of the P226 that I got from Jaymie: U871228
