I recently purchased a Swiss P210-6 with adjustable sights off the big auction site. This gun was likely made in the 90's - serial number 314XXX. I took it to the range to shoot it and my first couple of shots at 10 yards didn't even hit the paper. So, I tried 5 yards - the gun was shooting about a foot low. I went to adjust the elevation and found that the elevation screw didn't work - the sight is missing the elevation spring and a small steel ball that sits in the hole beside the adjustment screw. I checked Numrich and they supposedly had the spring, but not the ball. I bought the spring, but it is obviously not the right size, too long and too narrow. I measured the hole that sits beside the elevation screw that the small steel ball sits in, and it measures approximately 2.6mm. One can buy standard sized steel balls all day long pretty cheaply, but neither 2.5mm nor 3mm will work. Can anyone hear directly to an internet site that might sell these parts? I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Hi, Standard ISO wont work, It's an ISO fine thread screw. Either M2.5x0.35 or an M3x0.35

Keep in mind they were sighted in at 50 meters at the factory and there’s an arc involved in the bullet’s travel to that point.

Thanks guys! If I could only find the right elevation spring and steel ball, I'd be all set!

Thank you so much Speedwobble! This website has exactly what I need, including the extended beavertail. Funny, my Browning Hi Power has never bitten me, but my new to me Sig p210-6 bites like a dog. I am very grateful for your assistance!
