Hi, Pete, Their adapter plate will not work either. Their adapter plate has build in rear sight for M17.
The drop down has 3 options for P320 Romeo1 Pro Cut to RMR, Holosun, and Romeo3. Note the C&H descriptions refer to the type of optic the factory cut is for and not specifically the "pro cut" slide.

Finally got some positive respond from Sig support. Below are the email I send to Sig support team. As you can see, the respond for the first support request are more like "copy and paste" type answer so I reply back to Sig support "Amy" for further confirmation, then finally "Amy" reply back to me with more "researched" answer. I already place the order per suggestion. Will keep everyone posted. Q: Dear Support, I have a P320 Pro-Cut full size slide and want to install the Holosun 507C sight, but not sure where I can purchase the correct RMR adapter plate for it. Most of the vendor are unsure of the pro-cut slide specification and not be able to give me suggestion. Please advise. A: The Pro Cut slides have an optic footprint cut for the Romeo1 Pro or the Leupold Delta Point Pro. Your adapter plate would have to match that footprint. Reply from me: I can't find any RMR adapter fit pro-cut slide. Holosun 507C has same foot print like Trijicon RMR. Does that mean the pro-cut slide not compatiable with Trijicon RMR red dot? Follow A: The Pro Cut slides use the same footprint as the Legion model, and Springer Precision is currently offering an adapter plate to mount a Trijicon RMR or SRO to the P320 X-Five Legion, and all X-Series pistols that are milled for the Romeo1 Pro. Just be aware that the Springer plate may require some fitting. I have seen exactly one and it required the removal of a fair amount of material on the rear face. Not a big deal, just make sure you're either up for it or "know a guy."

Mark at L&M is a great guy. He has cut two slide for me and I will be sending him a P229 slide when I save up to having the cut done.
