I had a '69 model in really nice condition but traded it away a few years ago. I've located another with box and tools but it is priced very high. So I'm trying to decide if I want one that bad. On another note I did just find a nice Model 28 from 1959 in 4" barrel. So that might just scratch the itch... but I doubt it Big Grin

Probably a S&W 5906TSW or Performance Center version. I want one, but I'm not paying the $1,500 price the auctions end up as.

Thought I may see one at the gun show this past weekend, but nope.

I suggest considering an earlier "no rail" short extractor P229 40 or 357. Add a short reset trigger etc.

Thanks. I have several 40/357 P229s, just looking for the Legion. Feeling nostalgic for 229s in 40/357 lately ;-)
