Does anyone know if the night sights co witness with the Sig Romeo or Deltapoint Pro?

I'm 95% sure that they do not. Maybe the Romeo Pro (though I doubt it) but definitely not the DPP, which is really tall.

No, they do not.
You will need "suppressor height" sights.
