Legion aside, I've been wishing for a P229 SAO for a long time. This could very well be a new carry weapon for meThis message has been edited. Last edited by: rockchalk06,

Looking forward to getting my hands on one of these!
Sorry. I kinda got a little excited there for a minute.
I agree. I'm hoping this will fall under the 1st Responder discount. I'm already thinking of what I can sell to not have to put this on a card.

I wish it came with the standard curved trigger. I can get used to most straight triggers but the ones they put on the SAO Legions are about as non ergonomic as you can get.
So I’m new here and new to Sig with one in my belt as we speak (P365) and have drooling over the Legion P229 for some time now but I have to ask... why all the excitement over the SAO? I’ve handled a few of these Legions and the DA is really really nice... I’ve read somewhere on this forum that the SAO has a better trigger in it but once you’ve pulled that sweet DA you’re right into that SAO. Someone school a newbie please...

First welcome to the forum. Second from all reports the SAO's SA is better than the DA/SA's SA. Not shot a SAO one so I can neither confirm or refute it.

Simply gorgeous. When looking at the list there’s two different part numbers with one having a ten round mag. Is that the same gun but with a California mag or is it a more compact gun.
I was thinking a 365 was in my near future but this thing might have leapfrogged it.This message has been edited. Last edited by: 1s1k,
