Does anybody know the actual sizes of the tungsten weights, that fit in a Wilson grip?

.250 and .125: quarter and eighth inch diameter. Pick it up at a local welding shop. Cut it to a length just slightly shorter than the height of the slots in the grip. De-burr the ends, and slather a bit of RTV silicon on the rod before you inert it in the grip.
