I have been seriously considering a czechmate...

I have absolutely no practical use for it

czechmate what? or maybe Which is the better question.

I bought a Czechmate VZ61 in 380 a while back, like you said, no practical use ... it was just cool and I wanted it ... they sent a stock with it but the receiver doesn't have the dovetail notch to mount it in.

CZ Czechmate...it’s basically a 75 on steroids and crack.

I have a 75B, P01, and the P09.
I'm always amazed that there are not more P09's and P07's in duty holsters here in the states. Such great service pistols.

That is a very cool looking pistol is it designed for some sort of competition?

Obviously I'm still new to the world of CZ!

I took an “extended” lunch o run out to the farm, just to run a few rounds through the Shadow2 ... WOW! At the store I thought the trigger felt kinda long and a bit gritty but actually shooting it felt so natural, the sweet spot was right there. The first mag I just played with, getting the feel. The 2nd mag I was about 30 yards not really aiming, just pointing, I put 15 in a group about the size of a small cantaloupe ... I think I may have found a new favorite!

My CZ that dissapointed me may end up partially funding a Shadow2, or spent towards kitchen remodel. Hopefully the former, but likely the latter.

THIS! Absolutely TRANSFORMS the gun up to a much higher level. So easy to shoot one would think it must be illegal.

Not a big fan of the 9mm, but I was looking for a pocket 9 here in the formerly great State of California. So few pistols on the approved list. A 938 sells for @ $1200, so you can see - we're starved for selection.

Add to that, all new pistols must have magazine disconnect and loaded chamber indicator.

I discovered the CZ 2075 RAMI is OK to buy here. No loaded chamber indicator or magazine disconnect.

SCORE!

At first I thought the trigger was awful and the weight was a bit much, but a couple hundred rounds down the pipe with cleaning and lubing, the trigger is really nice. Not as nice as a 210 or high end 1911, but pretty darn good indeed. The weight tames the 9mm too.

CZ FTW!

They make a great pistol.

I bought a 75B and promptly sent it back to Cajun for a go over. Got it back and the transformation was amazing.

I was so impressed, I bought an SP-01 and sent it to CGW as well.

In the mean time, found a bargain priced Shadow 2 and bought it. What a shooter!

Few weeks later ,found an all steel, 75 Compact, for $400 with several mags and holsters, bought that one too.

So I'm sitting on four of them. Trying to NOT look any further than what I have.

CZ makes excellent pistols. I have a FDE P-09 suppressor ready, a matte stainless 75B and I just bought a SP-01.

I really like CZ pistols. Sadly my thumbs are a little short and reaching the thumb safety is difficult unless I shift the gun. I wish someone would make a thumb safety that had a ledge that extended a little further rearward. When that happens then I'll buy some CZ's.

I’ve been casually looking at the P01 and SP01 to jump into the CZ arena.

Found a steel-framed P01 and took the plunge last night.

Hopefully, CZs aren’t as habit forming as Sigs, otherwise my wallet is in trouble.

I just shot my new P-07 today. 300 rounds of Fiocchi 124. Functioned great and dead on accuracy. Trigger is pretty good too, especially SA.
One of the best kept secrets in Poly framed guns, IMHO.
