There i a P220 locally for sale. It is either a DAK or DAO. Can i tell which it is from a picture? Thanks

In general, the DAK guns have bobbed hammer, while the DAO guns have regular one. This, assuming no post-market alterations. Q

Thanks for the reply. He does not have the original box and he has no idea which it is. I will have him send me a pic. I am hoping it is DAK.

If it has a folded sheet metal slide it is NOT DAK.

If the gun has two trigger reset points then it's a DAK. Not something you can tell from a picture, but it's easy enough to have the seller test out and let you know. <><><><><><><><><><><><><> "I drank what?" - Socrates

It is for sure the newer external extractor stainless slide. He sent me pics and it has the bobbed hammer. It appears to be in very good condition with the box and extra mag. Going to look at it tonight. He is asking 450$.

Looked at the pistol last night it has a magazine disconnect. How hard are these to remove on the Dak pistols?

We have seen a few different methods of implementing the magazine safety, so you will have to post photos to get a good answer.
