ds1962Went to Bass Pro today: shouldn't have done that.
Plan on sizing down from my 226 Tach Ops 40 to a 9mm compact model and I made the mistake of holding the Legion 9mm. Now I want one. Felt great except you can't take the trigger guard off and get a true grip. I liked the grips compared to the standard ones. It just felt right. Going to have to go to gun shop or gun show. Hope I don't start drooling. Lol.

bluesjukeIf there was no trigger guard/lock on it and you could have got a complete grip on it with your wife there you would have commenced to do some talking to convince her of your vital and urgent need I'd bet.

No way, it's easier to beg for forgiveness than to ask for permission.

Plus if he buys it later and sneaks it into the safe, the wife might not notice. To my wife, all the guns look the same.

esdunbarWait...you're saying there are men out there who buy guns in front of their wives?

I've only done it once.

Who buys guns at bass pro???
He would be paying 300 more than he would at a local gun shop.
