Picked up my P365 today and absolutely enjoy it.
Question is...
Can I change out the P365 grip for the P365 XL Grip?
If so, does that mean different magazines as well?

Pale HorseYes and yes.
The 365 slide works fine on the XL grip. The reverse is also true and the P365XL slide works on the P365 frame.
As for the mags, the XL takes 12 round mags instead of the 10 rounders. If you have 12 round mags for the regular P365 with the grip extension on them all you’ll have to do is switch out the baseplate. Same if you have 15 round mags for the 365. All 12 and 15 round mags will work in both guns as long as they are wearing the correct base plates. AFAIK the 12 and 15 round mags all come with the baseplates for both guns. All of mine came with both. The ten round P365 mags will not work in the 365XL frame.

Pale HorseNah I’m going to hang onto all mine. I like the gun way too much.
I got mine from MidwayUSA but that was a few months ago. In this market all you can do is get your name on email lists and site surf a few times a day. You can always put a WTB ad in the classified ads too.

powermadYep, swap out the 10 round base plates for those ones and you can run the 365 10 round mags in the XL.
