Is there any issue in buying a sig 320 that comprised of an exchange kit/fcu from another pistol? Ie a full sized xchange kit on a compact pistol’s fcu? I understand the box will not represent correctly, but any other issues? Thanks.

No. The whole point of the modular 320 is to mix and match. I currently have a full size RX FCU in a compact xchange kit. Works great!
