So I ended up purchasing a Trijicon for the pistol after sending the Vortex back. The Vortex did get fixed, I think, concerning the elevation issue. I didn't try it out so I'm not sure. I think the Vortex will go on the Ruger 22 pistol here shortly.
I am more than pleased with the RMR and I only had to make 2 adjustments on elevation for it to be right on. At 15 yards I was ringing small steel swingers and had a blast.

Nice looking pistol. Do all the Walthers come with 3 mags?

I don't think so but I could be wrong.
I had a PPQ when they first came out and I think I only had 2 magazines.
