Did SIG ever make a P220 with an internal extractor carbon/folded steel slide on a railed frame?

I recall seeing a few at one time. ► 6.4/93.6 ___________ “We are Americans …. Together we have resisted the trap of appeasement, cynicism, and isolation that gives temptation to tyrants.” — George H. W. Bush

The SIG P226 was certainly released in this configuration. In checking my records I can only find a reference to a batch of new production non-railed SIG P220s released with the stamped carbon steel slide a few years ago...but I'm fairly certain that Sigfreund is correct and that there were a batch of railed ones released as well.

That time frame is what I was thinking, if they did exist. Thanks SIG braintrust.
