Curious if we have any Sig fans who also like HK like me. I love the P30 (LEM) but both types of HK factory sights are complete garbage IMO, at least for my eyes. Sig X-Ray3's are absolutely perfect for me in every way. With any Sig shots hit perfectly POA/POI right behind the green of the front sight with a combat hold at 7 yards. With either type of HK factory sight if I squint and carefully aim, shots hit 2" high with a center hold (top of rear sight aligned with top of front sight) at 7 yards and even higher with a combat hold. In the last couple of years I've had to stop using red / orange front sights but green works well. I'm looking into going the Dawson Precision route with a custom sight height but before doing that has anyone else had a similar experience and do you know of any P30 sights that would make sight picture and sight alignment closer to Sig and X-Ray3's?

I think they make Trijicon HDs for the P30 and I believe there is a front green option. I could be wrong but I thought this was the case. "Guns are tools. The only weapon ever created was man."

Not much help, but I bought Wilson Combat black rear and fibre optic front for my P30L. It's a nice setup for my eyes, but if you want Tritium it's not of any help. A Perpetual Disappointment...

Meprolight Hyper Brights are similar to X-rays and available for the P30 and I believe you can get green or orange for the front sight.

I'm not sure what sights come on a P30. I have a P30 SKS with tritium sights. It has an XS front sight from the factory. I am not having the same issue you are having.

I believe my P30 wears Trijicn HD XR’s. Skinny front tritium with the bright yellow outline. Serrated black rear with 2 tritium dials. Great sights. I think the stock HK night sights are good but the Trijicons are great.
