Need thoughts on a IWB tuckable holster for p239
Daughter decided she wanted my P365 for her CCW (she deserves it). I never warmed up to it and was carrying a P239 in a regular IWB kydex holster. Now I need an IWB tuckable holster for when I HAVE TO tuck a shirt in. I looked around and Vedder seems to be the only company with that configuration. Any thoughts would be appreciated on options. (probably need on for the P229 also)

The only holster I use or buy is a High Noon Holster. They are a Florida based company that makes both leather and kydex holsters. I use their leather holsters. I know they have tuckable holsters in leather, not sure about plastic though.

While I have never really used the tuckable aspect, I do really like veddar light tuck

R Grizzle (forum member) makes outstanding holsters and has a few tuckable options.

Keep scrolling on that page I linked the tuckable models are listed last.
I have a couple Southern Style Reinforced holsters that work great.

And some lucky person down in Myrtle Beach got a free one as I left it in the safe at the resort last year.
Still pissed about that.

I also like the Vedder Light Tuck even though I have never really tried the tucked aspect of it.

Depending on your build and your uses, consider something like the SmartCarry. Mine is 20 years old, and I've used it a lot. Everything from a small .380 up to a P229, including a P239 until my daughter decided she needed it.

While you can position it anywhere, normally it is at 12 o'clock. Even the P229 is completely concealed.

If you are nervous about the barrel being pointed at your crotch, you can add a small kydex snap on trigger guard that will pop off when you draw. I've never worried about a DA pistol there without the extra trigger guard.

There are no belt loops to show the presence of an IWB weapon.

All my IWB are Vedder.
Most of that style should be tuckable, to some degree.

I've worn both my P320 and LC9 in a ComfortTuck with a tucked shirt, it's not perfect but it's passable. Shirt doesn’t tuck as deep & can bunch at the waistband a bit.

This is largely why I’ve never really used tuckables. I mean I have experimented a bit but never liked how the shirt fell and the clip/loop (on all I have tried). The Veddar is as good as any but like I said above I’ve never really used it a ton(the tuckable aspect, I love the holster).

I’ve never owned a smart carry (one of those I should get one but never have things) but have used a redneck engineered version at times (belt with holster under a dress belt basically).

Honestly in the rare times I have to be tucked in and discreet I’m more likely to go ankle which is rare or possibly pocket if it’s doable.

One of these days I’ve got to get an R. Grizzle as is suggested above. Never a bad word uttered about his stuff even back when he was just sort of doing it for fun or in his test phase or whatever here.

All - thank you for the input. I reached out to the folks at Rounded Gear (current holster) and they have a tuckable clip to convert my current holster to tuckable - for $12. Im gonna give it a try.
