Detroit Holsters does, at least their "8-Mile IWB" has the option.

I have 3 of their holsters and they are great (all G19 w/X300 - XC1 - no light).

Neptune Concealment makes an OWB for this combo

I didn’t find that option under any of their holsters. I didn’t find a single option for any pistol with a light.

The site is a little lacking, but you select your gun fit, click "build holster", and pick the light there. They seem to have a vast library of guns and lights (including the P226 and TLR-7). I have not bought from them yet, but I have corresponded with them and they seem responsive. I really like their cordura wrap options.
