Does a P226 22lr kit work on a M11?
Possibly dumb question but does a Sig P226 .22lr exchange kit work on a Sig M11??

No, the P226 is longer than a M11. You'll need the .22 conversion for a P229.

The P226-22 kit will work on a Mk25 but not the M11.
