I had the mod 2 for only a short time. Only put 175 rounds total in the time I had it.

The gun was pretty accurate and reliable in the 175 rounds that I used it for but I did not like the grip safety; it pinched my thumb several times.
I just never felt any kind of bind with it.

I too traded it on a 365/380 which is way less irritating to my arthritic joints.
