Only if you're using the magwell. Take off the magwell and regular baseplates work fine.

| I think Bush is asking about the square peg baseplates vs the round peg baseplates? |

| The legion uses the TXG (tungsten-infused) polymer grip. The AXG uses the alloy grip.
In both cases, it's an x-grip module, which does not take the older style magazine base plates.
If you have an older magazine with the rounded dog-ears made for the original P320 grip module, then you have four choices for that magazine:
Use it only in older style P320 grip modules with the cutout at the bottom;
Cut the dog ears off, making it useful for all grip modules (except for magazine well flares);
Bevel the dog ears to match current edition magazines;
Buy new magazine base plates (about nine bucks).
This is true of all the x-frame grips, and also true of the Wilson grip modules. If it's any grip module other than the original P320 grip module with the cut-outs at the bottom of the grip, then you'll need to either modify the magazine dog earss by beveling or cutting them off, or replace them with current style baseplates. |
