I'm looking for a few soft bags that will hold one pistol and some magazines. Not range bags that hold a lot of stuff, just a pistol and a handful of magazines.

Just about everything that I see is made in China.

Are there any out there at moderate cost?

I have a Tactical Tailor Gun rug and they are excellent.

If you don't put magazines in, you can store 2 guns in there- one in the gun sleeve, and one on the magazine side. Just be sure to be careful when unzipping the case so that the guns don't slide out onto the floor.

Bag master out of Missouri is great. They had closed up shop but now it appears they sell to a couple of retailers instead of internet. I have their pro competition bag and have been using it for 20 years.

https://www.americanmountainsupply.com/range-case

They have two different bags:
The Range Case 037 and the 038

They are approximately $30-$38 and it states
Made in the USA on their web page.

They also have one on the same page that holds two pistols and up to 8 mags. It is $42 and I believe I will be purchasing that one.

This is the first time I have ever seen these or the website.

I have an LA Police Gear soft case that came with the Beretta M9 I bought but I would guarantee it is made overseas. I looked all over the website but I could not find a manufacturer

I have two of those bags and have used them heavy for the last 25 years. Great bags and well worth the money. I like having slots for 8 mags and two padded sides. If taking only one gun I stuff more mags in the empty side. I thought they were out of business but now I will have to get another. Just wish they had colors so I can color code what is in them.

I like these bags from Midway USA. I don’t know offhand if they are made in the USA or not, but I’ll check tomorrow after work.

That's the type that I am looking for, and the price is right.

Looking at the Q&A section of the linked web page, it says "Made in China." Frown

There's a company who is normally at all the gun shows who has all kinds of zippered pistol and rifle cases.
Liberty Sports MFG, St Louis, MO. Made in USA

A very nice family run business.
The father (I believe they are Korean), was jumped and killed one night in Indy. His wife and son are trying to keep the business up and running. I always make sure to stop over and say hello to her.

I'll have to get one of the pistol cases out and snap a few photos. Very reasonably priced cases ($15-20?). I would be happy to buy whatever you want and ship it to you for the cost of the items and shipping.

If you'd like, send me an email and I'll send over the photos when I get them taken.
I have a smaller 4 mag and a larger 6 mag pistol case.

Excam -- that sounds like a great idea!

I would like photos, please, either posted here or sent to the email address in my profile.

If the bags will do what I want, I love the idea of supporting a small family-owned business with products that are made in the U.S.A.

I'll stand by for photos.

These are BY FAR the best bags I’ve ever used, and I even had WRB build me a couple custom ones. Bill is a true gentleman, unbelievable build quality.

Ken @ Hogue, if I’m not mistaken WRB makes some bags for you as well?

That explains why I have not seen the father at their show tables in a while. We've bought a ton of their cases over the years.

Hold up, let me clarify, our gun bags and knife sheaths are made in our facility in TJ MX using quality US made materials. Not China
Sorry if this has caused any confusion
