Is the Truglo TFO Tritium? I can find a TFX Tritium for Glock, and the TFO doesn’t state Tritium...

Update to my post from page 2:

Passed 1000 rounds with the P365. It had a failure to extract on round 979 resulting in a double feed of sorts (I’m keeping an accurate round count). I identified the magazine during which the malfunction occurred and shot the last 31 rounds without incident.

Total round count now is 1,010.

It’s worth mentioning that the magazines I was shooting that day were used and it was my first outing with them. I was shooting 124 grn Federal AE fmj, and it was the first time shooting that ammo, too. I had previously shot the 115 grn stuff or 147 grn HST; but it has always been new factory loaded brass cased ammunition.

I’m not necessarily bothered too much by it. I’ve had malfunctions with Glocks and M&P and H&K at various times which can happen when you are shooting a lot and quickly which is why it’s important to train for malfunctions, as well.

I’ll keep a close watch on it. I’d love to shoot 500 rounds now during the next session just to really put it through its paces.

Ha at 77 I don't think so... I just enjoy shooting.

Last Sunday I did a Fighting Handgun course. Put almost 500 rounds through my EDC doing all kinds of drills including shooting from inside and around and under cars. Great fun and very informative...

Maybe you're not as old as you thought you were...at least by a few weeks. Razz

Young people think they're immune from it.

If people would mind their own damn business this country would be better off. I owe no one an explanation or an apology for my personal opinion.

Qual course complete. Roughly 40 p365s firing 150 rounds each. No failures of any kind. I spoke with the range staff and they have had no failures not attributed to bad ammo, and those have been very rare. My particular pistol was flawless and proved extremely easy to make good hits with at speed. I’m actually an even bigger fan of the gun than I was prior to the course. I’ll keep an ear out for issues as future training dates come along

Ran another 200 through mine today. WWB, Blazer Brass, Federal FMJ and Speer Gold Dots. Soft shooting, accurate and incident free.
I'm all smiles with this little gem so far.

My EDC is a Beretta PX4 Storm Compact Carry in 9mm.

But sometimes I carry this:

It has been 100% completely reliable.

With a build date of mid-January 2019, it's become my #1 carry choice with >550 rounds of trouble free shooting. Accurate, reliable, good capacity, and ergonomics that make it a superb fit for my hands...it's riding on my right hip as I type this. Best Regards, Rod

BTW, Blazer 115 gr FMJ is by far the most accurate factory ammunition I've yet tried. Weaver Stance from ten yards gives me 1" groups for five shots. I'm very hard pressed to duplicate that performance with my tuned handloads. My carry load is Federal Premium 124 gr. HST JHP's; that group into ~1.5" from the ten yard line, Weaver hold.

I'd be interested in JLJones' take on the P365...how 'bout it, Sir?
