Given it’s New Years Eve, I was wondering whether there might be a pistol or two that you might be looking forward to seeing introduced in 2019. For me, I’m hoping Sig follows through on some previous promises but beyond that I’m looking forward to the Sig 553P in 300BLK being imported into the U.S. by JDI firearms. Finally, the Alien pistol from Laugo Arms certainly looks interesting:

I'm hoping to see a regular production 92 Centurion from Beretta. No bells and whistles, just a standard Centurion model. A Vertec style slide with a dovetailed front sight would be a plus but not necessary.

A 210 Carry would be nice, and a P320 in 10mm or .22LR would be an unexpected pleasure, but I'm likelier to see one of the Ruger revolvers I'm hoping for - a blued 5 and 1/2" Bisley Blackhawk in .45 Colt, a 3" LCRx in 9mm, or a blued 5" GP100 in 9mm or .22LR. Ah well, the mad money stash will get tapped for a Sig first if SIG will give me the option.

CZ Bren 806 / Bren 2 in a 16” format. Tavor 7 and someone to come out with a competitor to the P365 in size and capacity that works 100%. I would also like to see Apex or someone build a forward set trigger for the CZ P10 series of pistols.

The only thing left on my “want” list is the rumored P229 Legion SAO to complete my trilogy.

Already have the P226 and P220 Legion SAOs.

A CZ PO1 but restyled as a compact Shadow 2.
Also from CZ a subcompact P07 like they did with their P10C. Hey if H&K can do it with the VPsk and P30sk then why not?

I wouldn't mind if S&W ran out of FDE frames and started making black 5" M&P 2.0s.

Hopefully it actually works when it hits the market. They had to stop production on the 9mm AK due to all the reported problems. Looks like it will need a major redesign.

Looks like Springfield 911 is coming in 9mm this year... I know we don’t like Springfield because they’re political idiots, but I like the 911 and I’m glad they are releasing it in 9..

I want a single stack, 8+1 or 7+1 45. With an aluminum frame, DA/SA, Melonite or nitrided slide. Make it THIN too. Really THIN. Like thin as a 1911.

And I don't care who makes it. Regards 18DAI

I'd like to anticipate the 300BLK 553 from JDI but the Swiss are making it in a weird length. The 5.56 comes in 8.9" and the 300 much longer; those should be reversed if you look at optimal performance of each.
