I don't have one, but if I were to carry it, no matter where, I'd follow the same rule as for every other gun - round chambered. The gun is safe from firing if dropped, so that leaves the proverbial "safety 'between your ears.'"

I don't own a 365 but I pocket carry a Glock with one in the chamber...to me same difference. There are many ( I'm guessing ) striker fired guns that are pocket carried with one in the chamber. I'm thinking Kahr.
