I think the same could be said for the pro sig fanboi hacks. You can’t really cast aspersions on one group without calling out the other. Regardless of how you feel about the 320 platform, I think we can all agree that the way that SIG handled the situation is worthy of some mockery.

I don't recall seeing many (any?) posts from 'Pro SIG 'fanboi' hacks in this thread. Those not piling on with the SIG hate narrative have largely been simply unwilling to accept all the conjecture being promulgated as fact, and the narrative of the smear campaign by the 'anti-SIG Youtube prostitutes'!
It would be nice if some actual facts were to emerge as to why holstered P320 pistols are discharging, especially since this phenomena seems to be limited to holstered pistols only! Facts and actual evidence are important, especially in your line of work, so one would think this would be an area where we could agree.

I see where Isaac Lockwood may be switching platforms because of the controversy with the P320. He touches on it at around the 4:15 mark. He has been shooting a fully Custom Graygun Lockwood P320 which I'm sure is a fantastic competition pistol. He has put a lot of time into the P320 platform over the years. Hope everything works out for him.

I would guess that he will have better luck with Walther support than I did the five times I contacted them.
Until someone can demonstrate a reproducible physical reason for the so-called UCs, or all the places I shoot irrationally ban them, I’ll stick with the 320 I’ve been completing with since I ditched the Walther PPQ I was shooting.

It looks like a competitor had a P320 discharge while holstered at the 2025 CZ USPSA Area 3 Championship on 09-25-2025. I was hoping someone here attended and can chime in and share some information. Has there been any official statements from USPSA regarding the incident?
As expected, Ben Stoeger just posted a video and said he talked to the person involved.

^^^ Yet another example of why my 320s remain in my vault and unloaded. While it seems no one has been able to repetitively reproduce the uncommanded discharges, there is enough anecdotal evidence to make me lose confidence in the 320 platform. 15-20,000 rounds in the wife's 320 sounds like a serious shooter; her husband even moreso, per Ben Stoeger. I hate to say it, but like mdblanton I think my 320s will stay in the safe. Too bad I took the 2022 and the 226 off my list of CCW pistols; but I do have the 365.

I'm sure I am in the very small minority (of one) on this, but I would like to see someone engineer an aftermarket FCU and striker system that mimic Glock right down to the trigger dingus.
What would be the benefit beyond maybe slightly better ergonomics than a Glock? Well, probably none. But it would let people who do not currently trust their P320's to begin to use them again and perhaps allow ranges and competitive sports to rethink their bands on P320's.

Ms. Lena Miculek posted a picture of her surprise reaction to a ND at a match about a day ago. I looked but could not find reference to which match. Many people asked in the social media comments for her to identify the pistol, but I did not see her answer. As she is a Sig shooter, I would not expect her to identify the pistol without being very very certain.

Guess the FCU being the serialized part of the firearm is the biggest challenge to a retrofit/upgrade.
I've been making the switch to the Springfield Echelon. It seems to me they took the ergos of the 320 and the trigger dingus from Glock and added their own optics mounting system. I've been very pleased with the full size model and am waiting on a 4.0 compact model to arrive.

There are too many other excellent choices with similar features and dimensions to take any risk owning one at this point.
Yet nobody has been able to reproduce these so called uncommanded discharges with respect to the P320.

About a month ago, Julie Golob announced she was leaving S&W. My Son and I were both speculating that something may be in the works for Lena to come back to S&W. While that hasn't happened yet, I would not be surprised if it does.
