With all the Sig bashing going on, I thought I would share some of my thoughts on this company.

They produced this amazing P226, .40 cal, DA/SA, commemorative model for the Michigan State Police 100th anniversary in 2017. Sometimes I spend hours just holding and admiring this.

I for one am not giving up on this company and in fact just bought a used, P320 compact in 9mm, two tone. It is a great gun and I am sure that Sig will get through this.

Nice P226! While my current DA/SA SIGs are all 9mm, I once owned a 226 and a few 229s in .40 (some with a .357 SIG barrel, to boot) - I thoroughly enjoyed that pistol / cartridge combo.

Very nice 226, TJ. I have a very nice 75th anniversary Beretta 92 from a slightly different MSP.

I carried a P226 for several years in law enforcement. Still my favorite pistol. That is one of the nicest 226 pistols I have ever seen.

The "Sig Bashing" is only for one model.
I haven't heard anyone talk bad about the P-226's!
THAT P-226 is BEAUTIFUL! I'm a sucker for nice engraving like that!

I came on with a P-226 in 9mm, and out of the box, one of the most accurate handguns I own! No where near as nice as that one!

Looks a lot like the SAO model they did for Texas DPS. Nice presentation as well.

A Perpetual Disappointment...

Very nice, thanks for sharing. I've seen some of the retired duty Sigs in the wild but alas have not been successful in bringing one home.
