I purchased a Sig P320 FLUX Legion (3.9 inch barrel). I ordered a 5.5 inch threaded barrel (Sig Original Barrel). I want to use a suppressor. To my surprise, the new barrel will NOT clear the slide. It is hitting the slide on few areas, not allowing me to drop the barrel. The FLUX legion I believe have a longer slide with TOP serration (even if it only use 3.9 inch barrel). Any idea on how the other FLUX Raider on this picture was able to drop in a threaded barrel? My guess is he us using a SHORTER slide? I am getting tempted to shave or grind some material OFF the point of contacts. But it may not even solve the issue. This is my first P320. Not familiar with the barrel exchange capability. I hope I did not waste money on the OEM threaded barrel. The images came out HUGE. Figuring out how to make them smaller using IMGUR _______________________ P228 - West German

I believe that variant of the P320 uses a slide with an integral compensator, and is designed for use with a "compact" (3.9") barrel. It won't work with a full-size barrel because of the integral comp on the end of the slide. If I'm understanding what you currently have correctly, you'd need a new slide to run that 5.5" threaded barrel.

It seems like you are correct on the slide with the integral compensator ONLY accepting 3.9 inch barrel. I just purchased the FLUX LEGION P320. I then ordered the 5.5 inch threaded barrel (not doing enough research I suppose). I may have to sell the barrel and not be able to used the FLUX LEGION suppressed. I don't want to purchase a NEW slide as this is a Brand New Gun. Or.... I may just trade or swap the top slide with someone who have a Regular P320 Legion slide? Would that work?

I would think that any full-size P320 slide would work (provided it doesn't have the integral comp). If I'm looking at it right the FLUX chassis has its own top rail, too, so you wouldn't even need one cut for an optic. Check eBay, there are a bunch of slides on there, and they're usually not too hateful. If you're lucky one might even show up in the classifieds here...I just bought a complete full-size upper with a mag and grip module (conversion kit) for $200 last week.

Thanks for this information. I will keep an eye in our Classified if a Full Size P320 slide comes up. I looked at Ebay and GB for Full size slide. They range from $275-375.
