Does anyone have any experience with using a Kaw Valley Slim XL Linear Compensator with a .22LR pistol, especially the Ruger 22/45 Lite or the Kel Tech PMR30 Threaded Barrel. I contacted Kaw Vally Customer Service and they recommended the XL Slim Linear Compensator for the Ruger and the Kel Tech .22LR pistols. I want to throw some of the noise downrange especially with the Kel Tech. I recently shot the PMR30 and while I liked it it was very loud as expected. I do not have the PMR30 threaded barrel yet but I have just recently started looking - may be hard-to-find and may take a while. Thanks. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Democracy is 2 Wolves & a Lamb debating the lunch menu. I tried the DPMS linear comp on a Sig Mosquito (GSG) and felt no perceivable difference in recoil or report/flash. It made the muzzle end heavier which did more than the recoil mitigation I was expecting. The XL might be worth a try giving the extra volume. ___________ ___________ ___________ | |||
