I've used/carried it for a couple of years.
Shot 150-200 Winchester White box through it then 50 Gold Dots that I carry.
Before that I had a Shield and did a similar test before carrying.
Works just like the regular factory parts, just the extra rounds.
Amazing to have 14+1 in that size.

i had magguts in my original p365 10rd mags for years with no issues. when i switched to the 12rd grip, I had no qualms about getting them again.
