They’re all very nice guns without a doubt.

What I have trouble with is seeing the logic that these companies use to green-light these projects. For example, even if the physical material quality of the reissue is equal (or even superior), a reissue is by definition still an inferior product when it hits the market solely by virtue of being an imitation. I do concede that there are always collectors who have to have absolutely every version of something. I also concede that there are collectors who specifically chase after commemorative stuff. However, I think the production numbers of these reissues are already too high in all three cases (Glock, SIG, and Beretta) to cover those two categories of collectors.

The only category of collectors remaining is those who can’t get an original version (because of any combo of cost, rarity, local availability, etc.) and again, only the Glock makes any sense there.

Whatever else you want to say, the Beretta 92 is a handsome pistol. In pretty much all of it's incarnations.
