10roundP320 baseplate swap for X grip w/magwell
Is there a way to make my standard 17 rd mags work in the X grip with a magwell (picture M17X)

cb4017I suspect you have the earlier round hole baseplates. On a couple of mine I cut off the tabs that come up on the baseplate. The later square hole base baseplates should fit without modification.
