Because I’ve apparently missed this part, do we still have to worry about a max length of pull of 13.5” for braces since the pistol brace rule has been cast aside? Did it include the 13.5” part when it was tossed out. Seems like SB Tactical braces are longer than a 13.5”. Thanks in advance for any wisdom shared.

The pistol brace rule was vacated. ATF appealed and asked for a stay.

They were denied and the second district said they are likely to be unconstitutional so for now, there is no more pistol brace rule.

But they can still appeal even though it was shot down.
